Youth  Counselling

Compassionate support for youth navigating identity, emotional wellbeing, school or relationship stress, family dynamics, and major life transitions, including those experiencing foster care, alternate care arrangements, or involvement with MCFD.

Caregiver Counselling

Support for individuals who spend much of their lives caring for others personally or professionally, and who may be navigating burnout, emotional exhaustion, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, overwhelm, identity loss, or lack of connection to self.
